G.L.O.W.S. UNVEILED™

Refund & Future Credit Policy

All retreat registrations and payments are final and non-refundable. Due to advance commitments for accommodations, meals, event planning, programming, and other retreat expenses, G.L.O.W.S. UNVEILED™ does not offer refunds for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, early departures, or failure to attend.

Future Retreat Credit

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer the amount paid toward a future G.L.O.W.S. retreat, subject to the following conditions:
 

• Requests must be submitted in writing to registration@glowsretreat.org before the scheduled retreat begins.

• Approved credits may be applied toward a future G.L.O.W.S. retreat within 12 months of the original event date.

• Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Credits apply toward future retreat registration fees only and do not guarantee availability or the same package price.

• If the future retreat costs more, the attendee is responsible for paying the difference.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
 

If G.L.O.W.S. UNVEILED™ reschedules the retreat, paid registrations will be transferred to the rescheduled event or an eligible future retreat.

If G.L.O.W.S. UNVEILED™ cancels the retreat without providing a replacement event, attendees will be offered a refund of payments made to the organizer.

Acknowledgment
 

By completing registration and submitting payment, attendees acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Future Credit Policy.
